Perigord Auction Houses offer a professional and friendly service with sale rooms in Bergerac, Sarlat and Perigueux. Auctions are held each week throughout the year and you are very welcome to participate by either buying or selling goods.
We auction practically anything with the exception of property, and we offer an English speaking service. Periodically we hold important as well as thematic auctions, usually on a Sunday, and prior to the sale we mail-out a catalogue to our clients. Buying
The auctions start at 14.30 and bids can be made in person or if you cannot be present at the sale you can arrange to bid by telephone or make a firm offer in advance. Buyers pay the hammer price plus 20%TTC commission to the auction house.

Selling

If the items warrant it, Maitre Biraben can visit your home and give you an estimation free of charge.

You can also email photographs of the items and we will get back to you with an estimation.
You can bring the items into one of our three sale rooms for an estimation free of charge during office hours when there is not a sale in progress.
When an item is sold there is a commission fee of 15.5%TTC payable to the auction house and this will be deducted from the hammer price recieved for you goods

Unique weekend at Perigueux, Friday afternoon 6th, all day Saturday 7th and Sunday
morning 8th November.
There will be a large team of experts who will be happy to give
you information on any objects that you have and free estimations.
