| Financial & Legal land value | kindred spirits posted on 03/11/2009 at 11:18
e-mail kindred spirits | we are trying to buy a small strip of a neighbours' land to give our property a bit more privacy. The land (between Bergerac and Perigueux) is non-contructable, disused farmland and would be about 300 sq metres. Can anyone suggest what would be a fair price to offer? Thanks.

Good luck! |
